The Principle of Fluorescence Immunochromatography and It Advances in Detection of Pathogenic Microorganisms
Fluorescence immunochromatography is a new immunodetection technology developed in recent years, which, taking fluorescent microsphere as a marker, not only retains the advantages of rapidity, low cost, simple operation and convenience, but also improves sensitivity with the help of fluorescence technology. The technology is particularly suitable for rapid diagnosis of animal diseases in laboratories with limited conditions and in the field,as no more experimental devices or resources are required. In the paper, the principle of the technology and its application in the detection of viruses, bacteria and parasites were introduced, with a view to providing a reference for on-site rapid detection of pathogenic microorganisms.
