摘要
禽星状病毒(avian astroviruses,AAstV)是一种严重危害禽类健康的病原,可引起火鸡肠炎、鸡肾炎、鸭肝炎、雏鹅内脏痛风等病症,导致禽类生长缓慢、孵化率降低、死亡率增加.由于目前尚无有效疫苗及药物对AAstV感染进行防治,因此病原检测在AAstV感染的监测和鉴别诊断中起着重要作用.本文主要综述了电镜法以及病毒分离鉴定、免疫荧光、ELISA及PCR等AAstV检测技术的优缺点,以期为相关人员根据不同场合及需求选择合适的检测方法提供参考.
Abstract
Avian astroviruses(AAstV)is a pathogen posing a serious danger to the health of poultry,which can cause turkey enteritis,chicken nephritis,duck hepatitis and gosling visceral gout,leading to slow growth,reduced hatchability and increased mortality.Pathogen detection plays an important role in the monitoring and differential diagnosis of AAstV infection,as no effective vaccines or drugs for AAstV infection are available.In the paper,the advantages and disadvantages of electron microscopy observation and other AAstV detection techniques,such as virus isolation and identification,immunofluorescence,ELISA and PCR,were reviewed,hoping to provide a reference for relevant personnel to select appropriate methods according to different occasions and needs.
