罗非鱼链球菌在世界范围内广泛分布,是威胁全球水产养殖业的重要病原体之一.无乳链球菌(Streptococcus agalactiae)和海豚链球菌(Streptococcus iniae)是引起罗非鱼链球菌病的主要病原体,严重危害罗非鱼养殖业的健康发展.适合应用场景的快速、准确无乳链球菌和海豚链球菌检测技术,对于预防罗非鱼链球菌病的大规模暴发十分必要.本文总结了近年来罗非鱼链球菌检测方法研究状况,包括细菌分离培养鉴定、免疫学方法和分子生物学检测方法等,以期为罗非鱼链球菌病的诊断和预防提供技术支撑.
Research Progress on Detection Methods of Streptococcus in Tilapia
Streptococcus in tilapia is widely distributed in the world and recognized as one of major pathogens threatening global aquaculture industry.Streptococcus agalactiae and Streptococcus iniae were the main pathogens causing streptococcosis of tilapia,which seriously endangered healthy development of tilapia aquaculture.It would be very necessary to prevent the disease to occur on a large scale by using a rapid,appropriate and accurate method specially for the two kinds of bacteria.In the paper,recent researches on detection methods for Streptococcus in tilapia were summarized,including bacterial isolation,culture and identification,immunological methods and molecular biology detection methods,with a view to providing technical support for diagnosis and prevention of streptococcosis of tilapia.
