近年来,环境DNA技术作为一种新的生物监测方法得到了快速发展,尤其在水生动物方面的研究具有较高的关注度,但用于水生动物疫病传播风险的研究较少.本文根据已有的研究成果,对环境DNA做了简介,并从物种多样性调查、生物量评估以及稀有物种和外来物种入侵监测、种群遗传监测和疫病监测等方面,对国内外水生动物环境DNA研究状况进行了概述,并展望了环境DNA与水生动物疫病传播风险研究相结合的发展前景,为推动环境DNA技术在水生动物疫病监测领域的进一步发展和应用提供了新的思路和切入点.
Overview of Researches on Environmental DNA of Aquatic Animals and Its Application in Researches on Relevant Disease Transmission
In recent years,environmental DNA technology has been rapidly developed as a new biomonitoring method,especially in research on aquatic animals,but the risk of disease transmission in aquatic animals has been less studied.In the paper,environmental DNA was introduced based on current research results,and relevant researches were reviewed in terms of species diversity investigation,biomass evaluation,monitoring of rare or alien species invasion,population genetics and animals diseases,etc.,and the prospect that environmental DNA technology combined with the research on the risk of disease transmission in aquatic animals was analyzed,providing a new idea and starting point for further development and application of environmental DNA technology in the field of aquatic animal disease monitoring.
