Practices of"Intelligent Livestock Platform"in the Supervision over Animal Husbandry at County Level
In order to improve the performance of livestock and veterinary administrative supervision,by virtue of information technology,an intelligent livestock operation support service system(referred to as intelligent livestock platform)was developed in Gaomi City,integrating insurance coupling with rendering,quarantine supervision,disposal of livestock and poultry manures,registration of vehicles,slaughter management and other operation data,and a digital supervision model was established,covering the visible disposal of livestock and poultry manures,intelligent supervision,electronization of standing books and breeding files,digitisation of animal quarantine data,online quarantine in origin areas,paper-free of quarantine certification,traceability of slaughter quarantine,as well as interconnection among claims data of insurance coupling with rendering and data related to rendering of dead pigs.Targeting at such shortcomings as unskilled use of mobile APP by some operators and design defects in some operation modules of the system,the information platform should be synchronized with operations through specific training,pushing forward maintenance and development of the modules to give a better play to the guarantee role of the platform.
