摘要

牛病毒性腹泻病毒(bovine viral diarrhea virus,BVDV)对养牛业具有重大经济影响,而快速准确检测对于早期发现牛BVDV感染以便迅速采取针对性预防措施至关重要.常见的BVDV检测方法包括病毒分离鉴定、血清中和试验、酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、反转录多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)、环介导等温扩增(LAMP)等.本文分别从病原学、血清学和分子生物学检测方面,对多种BVDV检测方法研究进展进行综述,分析每种检测方法的优势和局限性,提出了在实际应用中应根据不同需求选用不同的方法或综合应用多种检测技术的建议,以期为建立更加快速、实用和准确的BVDV检测方法及其应用提供参考.

Abstract

As bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV)has posed a great economic impact on cattle industry,rapid and accurate detection is crucial for rapid implementation of specific preventive measures upon early detection of BVDV infection in cattle.Common detection methods for BVDV includes virus isolation and identification,serum neutralization test,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),loop mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP),etc.In the study,researches on the above methods were reviewed from the aspects of etiology,serology and molecular biology,the advantages and disadvantages of each method were analyzed to propose to select appropriate methods or comprehensively apply multiple technologies according to different needs in practice,with a view to providing a reference for development and application of a more rapid,practical and accurate method for detecting BVDV.
