尼帕病毒G蛋白的结构与功能及其应用研究进展

尼帕病毒(Nipah virus,NiV)是一种高致死性的人兽共感染副黏病毒,能引发严重呼吸道疾病和尼帕病毒性脑炎,目前临床上无批准的用于人类感染的疫苗或治疗药物.NiV基因组共编码 6 种蛋白,其中G蛋白作为其受体蛋白以及重要的免疫原性蛋白,参与病毒入侵等过程,能刺激机体产生中和性抗体.因此,G蛋白在NiV致病性研究以及疫苗和检测技术研发方面具有巨大的潜在价值.本文对NiV G蛋白的结构和生理功能以及基于G蛋白的疫苗和检测技术研究现状进行综述,并展望了G蛋白的应用研究方向,以期为阐明NiV的致病机制和疫苗研发提供重要参考.
Research Progress in the Structure,Functions and Application of G Protein of Nipah Virus
Nipah virus(NiV)is a highly lethal zoonotic paramyxovirus causing severe respiratory diseases and Nipah viral encephalitis,but no clinically approved vaccines or therapeutic drugs have been available for human infection.Six proteins are encoded by NiV genome,including G protein that participates in virus invasion and other processes,and can stimulate organisms to produce neutralizing antibodies as being a receptor protein and an important immunogenic protein,potentially contributing to researches on NiV pathogenicity and the development of vaccines and detection technologies.In the study,the structure and physiological functions of NiV G protein as well as the research status of vaccines and detection technologies based on G protein were reviewed,and the direction to researches on its application was prospected,with a view to providing an important reference for clarifying the pathogenic mechanism of NiV and for the development of relevant vaccines.
