提升高职院校畜牧兽医类专业学生职业技能水平的思考

摘要
为提升高职院校畜牧兽医类专业学生的职业技能水平、学习积极性和就业竞争力,结合福建农业职业技术学院畜牧兽医专业教学改革的一些做法及现状,从改善实验实训教学条件,加强师资队伍建设,强化竞赛制度建设,提高学生实习与就业思想认知等方面,提出了建设产教融合实训基地,增加实践公开课和技能竞赛,实行"一课双师"教学,划分独立的比赛训练场地,提高实习规范操作与就业思想认知等建议,以期为高职院校培养具有工匠精神的现代高素质技能人才提供借鉴.
Abstract
In order to improve vocational skills,enthusiasm and employment competitiveness of students specializing in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine in higher vocational institutions,based on some practices and the status of the teaching reform to animal husbandry and veterinary medicine specialty in Fujian Vocational College of Agriculture,aiming at improving experimental and practical training conditions,strengthening the construction of teaching team,reinforcing the development of competition system,and improving students'cognition about internship and employment,following recommendations were proposed,such as constructing industry-teaching integration practical bases,increasing practical public programs and skill competitions,implementing the teaching of"two teachers for one class",defining independent competition training sites,and improving internship operation and ideological cognition about employment,with a view to providing higher vocational institutions with a reference for cultivating modern professional talents with high quality and spirit of craftsmanship.
