摘要
布鲁氏菌病是严重危害畜牧业发展、食品安全和人类健康的重要疫病,也是当前我国重点防控的人兽共患病之一.实践证明,无布鲁氏菌病小区建设是提升规模化养殖场生物安全防控水平、促进牛羊养殖业高质量发展和转型升级的重要举措.本文以上海市嘉定区建设非免疫无布鲁氏菌病小区的实践为例,从养殖场生物安全体系建设、疫病监测和官方监管等方面进行了阐述,全面总结了相关经验,以期为本区域乃至全国无布鲁氏菌病小区建设提供借鉴.
Abstract
Brucellosis is one of the major diseases that seriously endanger the development of livestock industry,food safety and human health,and one of the zoonotic infectious diseases being prevented and controlled as a priority in China.It has been proved that,based on the practice,the construction of brucellosis free compartments is a key to improve bio-safety level of intensive farms and promote cattle and sheep industry to develop,transform and upgrade with high quality.Here,taking the construction practice of the brucellosis free compartment without vaccination in Jiading District of Shanghai as an example,the construction of bio-safety system,disease monitoring and official supervision in the farms were reviewed,and relevant experiences were summarized,aiming to contribute to the construction of brucellosis free compartments in this region and even the whole country.
