摘要
为全面了解2014年以来福州市辖区兽医实验室发展状况,对全市兽医系统实验室及第三方兽医实验室的资质状况、生物安全级别、人员素质水平、硬件设施、检测能力和检测量等 6 方面基本情况进行汇总分析.针对基层专职检测人员偏少、仪器设备维护保养不到位、检测队伍能力建设亟待加强、第三方兽医实验室管理不规范等方面问题,提出进一步优化实验室配置、加强仪器设备管理、完善教育培训机制、健全监督管理制度等未来工作方向,以期为全市动物疫病防控工作打下坚实基础,为兽医实验室改革发展提供参考.
Abstract
In order to fully investigate the status of veterinary laboratories in Fuzhou City since 2014,the qualification,biological safety level,staff quality,facilities,competence and capacity of veterinary system laboratories and third-party veterinary laboratories across the city were reviewed and analyzed.Based on such shortcomings at grassroots level as lack of full-time inspectors,poor maintenance of instruments and facilities,poor capacity building of testing teams and non-standardized management of third-party veterinary laboratories,then orientations to improve the laboratories were proposed,including further optimizing laboratory allocation,strengthening the management of instruments and facilities,and improving education and training mechanism as well as management system,with a view to laying a solid foundation for prevention and control of animal diseases in the city as well as to providing some reference for reform and development of veterinary laboratories.
