潜在的人兽共感染脓肿分枝杆菌研究进展

脓肿分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium abcscessus,MAB)是一种高度耐药的机会致病菌,也是最主要的快速生长型非结核分枝杆菌.在动物医学领域,目前尚缺乏对MAB的相关研究.本文对医学领域的MAB生物学特性、耐药性、感染特性和诊断方法等方面的研究进展进行综述,分析MAB的人兽共感染风险,提出在动物医学领域应深入开展相关调查研究,包括深入研究MAB在不同宿主中的致病机理和免疫逃逸机制,加强对野生动物和家畜的MAB监测和流行病学调查,强化跨学科合作,探索有效的预防和控制措施,旨在系统回顾文献的基础上,提高对MAB在"同一健康"理念上的相关认知,减少MAB对人类和动物生命健康的危害.
Research Progress on Potential Zoonotic Mycobacterium abscessus
Mycobacterium abscessus(MAB)is an opportunistic pathogen with high drug resistance,and a major non-tuberculosis Mycobacterium with rapid growth.Research on MAB is absent in the field of animal medicine.In the paper,research progress on the biological characteristics,drug resistance,infection characteristics and diagnostic methods of MAB was reviewed,the risk of zoonotic infection was analyzed,and relevant researches were proposed to be continued,such as further researches on the pathogenic mechanism and immune escape mechanism of MAB in different hosts,followed by other recommendations including strengthening monitoring and epidemiological investigation on MAB in wild animals and domestic animals,increasing interdisciplinary cooperation and developing effective prevention and control measures.The paper was aiming to improve relevant awareness about MAB on the concept of"One Health",and to reduce potential harm of MAB to human and animal life and health.
