摘要
骨巨细胞瘤(giant cell tumor of bone,GCTB)是一种由梭状肿瘤间质细胞和多核巨细胞组成的溶骨性骨肿瘤,具有较强的侵袭性和转移能力,对骨质破坏明显.1 只法国斗牛犬左后肢轻度跛行,通过临床症状观察、血常规检查、荧光免疫检查、X射线检查和骨组织病理切片观察等综合诊断,确诊该犬左后肢股骨头处患有GCTB.采用手术切除股骨头的治疗方案,术后犬股骨头部位恢复良好,复查无瘤细胞扩散,3 个月后患犬完全恢复正常.由此可见,小型犬股骨头GCTB采用完全切除的方式可以起到较好的治疗效果.本文为小型犬GCTB的临床诊断和治疗提供了参考.
Abstract
Giant cell tumor of bone(GCTB)is a kind of osteolytic tumor mainly composed of monocytes,obviously damaging bone substance with its strong invasiveness and metastasis capacity.One French bulldog with mild lameness in its left hind limb was confirmed to be suffered GCTB in its femoral head through comprehensive diagnosis including observation of clinical symptoms,routine blood test,X-ray and bone pathological sections.After the femoral head was removed by surgical resection,the original part recovered well without any spreading oncocyte,and the infected dog fully recovered 3 month later.In conclusion,GCTB in the femoral head of small dog could be well treated by surgical resection.A reference was provided for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of GCTB in small dogs.
