摘要

2023 年 8 月,四川省广元市某牛场在布鲁氏菌病常规监测时发现布鲁氏菌抗体为阳性.为查明病原来源及扩散情况,通过现场问询、查阅档案和采样检测等方式,对该养殖场进行了布鲁氏菌病流行病学调查.综合现场调查和实验室检测结果,推断此次疫情病原由不规范调运引入,加之养殖人员对布鲁氏菌病防控知识不甚了解,引入牛未经隔离监测直接混群饲养,导致疫情在场内出现小范围扩散.通过采取扑杀、无害化处理、监测等措施,疫情到有效控制.本起疫情提示,要严格落实调入前备案、落地监管、隔离监测等相关制度,对重点人群开展布鲁氏菌病防控宣传培训,阻断畜间布鲁氏菌病跨区域传播,护航畜牧业健康发展和公共卫生安全.

Abstract

In August 2023,Brucella-positive antibodies were found in a cattle farm during routine brucellosis surveillance in Guangyuan City,Sichuan Province.In order to identify the source and spread status of Brucella,an epidemiological investigation was conducted on the farm through on-site interview,reviewing files and sampling for detection.It was inferred that,based on the results of on-site investigation and laboratory test,the pathogen leading to the outbreak was introduced by non-standard movement,and spread on a small scale on the farm due to poor awareness of operators about brucellosis and mixed feeding of imported cattle and local ones without isolation and monitoring.The outbreak was effectively controlled through stamping out,biosafety disposal,monitoring and other measures.In conclusion,relevant systems such as ante-introduction registration,supervision upon arrival,isolation and monitoring should be implemented,key population should participate in awareness improvement activities about prevention and control of brucellosis,and cross-regional transmission of brucellosis among livestock should be blocked to escort healthy development of livestock industry and public health safety.
