摘要

随着高等教育改革的不断深化,大学生思想政治教育与职业生涯规划教育的协同育人需求愈发必要.本文通过聚焦协同育人的"三个内涵"、明确"四个特性"、解决"三个问题"、把握"四个阶段",构建了协同育人的"金字塔"模型,实现大学生思想政治教育与职业生涯规划教育同频共振,拓宽了人才培养路径.
