摘要

讨论式教学是高校思政课教学中非常普遍的一种教学方法,但在实际运用中普遍存在着讨论内容宽泛、脱离学生的专业和学科知识等问题.以地学创新人才培养为例,要真正提高思政课讨论式教学的质量,需要把思政课讨论式教学的价值引领、内容深度拓展等与学生的专业特色相结合,通过加强学科交叉培养创新思维和创新能力,夯实过程管理,从教师组织、学生准备到讨论总结等环节把讨论式教学的挑战性落到实处,达到培养创新人才的目的.
