摘要

新疆油气资源丰富,急需大量能扎下根的油气地质勘探人才.中国石油大学(北京)克拉玛依校区围绕行业发展趋势,立足新疆石油天然气领域发展需要,在综合实践平台建设和应用型人才培养过程中以综合实践基地建设为载体、以爱国爱疆文化精神为主线、以校政企协同育人为依托、以工程实践能力培养为抓手、以课程思政为引领构建了校政企协同育人的新模式,培养了一批可堪大用、能担重任的西部建设者.
