摘要
肺癌手术中系统性淋巴结清扫已成为标准术式,但对于早期肺癌尚存在多种清扫方式,各种清扫方式的利弊仍然存在争议.鉴于临床早期肺癌病例日趋增加,特别是Ⅰ期肺癌肺叶特异性淋巴结清扫的研究逐渐深入,本文就目前的相关进展予以综述.
Abstract
Systematic nodes dissection be the standard procedure for lung cancer during operation. While Surgery for early lung cancer lymph node removal method has been controversial, particularly for clinical early stage non-small cell lung cancer that has presenced several methods of lymph node dissection. In this article, methods of lymph node dissection in the stage Ⅰ non-small cell lung cancer, especially lobe-specific lymph node dissection of the way, are summarized.
