This study reviews the basic course of China's housing system from welfare housing distribution to marketization reform.On this basis,the effect of reform and suggestions for deepening reform are expounded.Historical review shows that under the overall principle of adhering to marketization and non-speculation in housing,whether it is the classified supply ideas based on different income groups proposed in the"98"housing reform,or the multi-subject supply,multi-channel security,rental and purchase housing system proposed by the 19th National Congress of the Party,the goal of the reform is to make the housing supply system multi-level,wide coverage and sustainable.The way of realization is to focus on this housing system,and systematically promote the comprehensive supporting of land,finance,taxation and finance.
