Chinese real estate market is changing from sellers'market to buyers'market and is facing many problems.To explore the road fit for China and keep Chinese real estate market going well,this paper studied the history of American real estate industry,the changing from real estate developers to REITs,and real estate IRR.By the study this paper found the useful experiences,and then present the advice accordingly.The advice is to use REITs as a tool to provide affordable houses,deduct government debt,and build national real estate market.
