Under the new situation,there are some problems in the real estate market,such as unreasonable structure,mismatch between supply and demand,insufficient guarantee,information asymmetry and imperfect service.According to the central and provincial decision,Wuhan built the first real estate supply chain platform with the Internet thinking in China.Wuhan has made innovative exploration and practical reference for the whole province and even the whole country in building a new model of real estate development.In the future,it is suggested that,measures such as improving the policy system,strengthening data connectivity,improving platform functions,and strengthening publicity and promotion should be taken to further improve the construction of AnJu-Link platform and accelerate the high-quality development of the real estate industry.
