小儿支原体肺炎并发神经系统损害的相关危险因素分析

目的:探讨小儿支原体肺炎并发神经系统损伤的危险因素.方法:选自收入的小儿支原体肺炎感染患儿共349例,患儿中并发神经系统损害的共36例.单纯小儿支原体肺炎患儿共313例.收集相关资料并采用单因素对小儿支原体肺炎并发神经系统损害的危险因素进行分析.结果:小儿支原体肺炎并发神经系统损害的单因素分析结果显示,营养不良、反复肺炎史、C-反应蛋白为小儿支原体肺炎并发神经系统损害的独立因素.结论:营养不良、反复肺炎史、C-反应蛋白与小儿肺炎并发神经系统损害密切相关.
Analysis on the related risk factors of infantile mycoplasma pneumonia combined with nervous system injury
Objective; To explore the risk factors of infantile mycoplasma pneumonia combined with nervous system injury. Methods; 349 infants with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected, 36 infants were found with nervous system injury. 313 infants were found with simple infantile mycoplasma pneumonia. Related data were collected, and univariate analysis of risk factors of infantile mycoplasma pneumonia combined with nervous system injury was carried out Results: The results of univariate analysis of risk factors of infantile mycoplasma pneumonia combined with nervous system injury showed that malnutrition, repeatedly pneumonia history and C - reactive protein were independent factors of infantile mycoplasma pneumonia combined with nervous system injury. Conclusion; Malnutrition, repeatedly pneumonia history and C - reactive protein are related to infantile mycoplasma pneumonia combined with nervous system injury closely.
