Objective:To analyze the perinatal effect of low molecular heparin calcium combined with salvia miltiorrhiza on early onset severe pre-eclampsia.Methods:116 patients with early onset severe pre-eclampsia at 26 ~ 34 weeks of gestational age were divided into four groups by volunteered, including Group A (32 patients):magnesium sulfate conventional treatment; Group B (28 patients):magnesium sulfate + low molecular heparin calcium; Group C (30 patients):magnesium sulfate + salvia mihiorrhiza; Group D (26 patients):magnesium sulfate + salvia miltiorrhiza + low molecular heparin calcium.Time of prolonged gestational age, umbilical arterial S/D ratio, amniotic fluid index, placenta weight, neonatal weight and Apgar score were measured. Results:The time of prolonged gestational age in group D was the longest. In group D,umbilical arterial S/D ratio was decreased, amniotic fluid index and neonatal weight were increased, the neonatal Apgar score was improved.Compared with the other three groups, there were significant differences (P < 0.05).In group D,placenta weight was increased, there was significant difference between group D and group A (P < 0.05).Compared with group B and group C,there were no differences (P > 0.05).Conclusion:Low molecular heparin calcium combined with salvia miltiorrhiza could improve the function of placenta, prolong gestational age and significantly improve neonatal prognosis of early onset severe pre-eclampsia.The application of low molecular heparin calcium combined salvia miltiorrhiza is more synergy than by single.
