反复自然流产患者心理健康状况及机体免疫状态的研究

摘要
目的:了解反复自然流产(RSA)患者的心理健康状况及机体免疫状态.方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对2007年8月～2011年10月就诊于新疆医科大学第一附属医院及新疆自治区人民医院142例RSA患者和102例正常妇女进行心理状况调查,并用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测其Th1(IFN-Υ)和Th2(IL-4)细胞因子水平.结果:RSA患者SCL-90自评总分、总均分、抑郁、人际关系敏感因子均分高于正常对照组(P＜0.05),RSA患者IFN-Υ水平高于正常对照组(P＜0.05),IL-4水平低于正常对照组(P＜0.05).结论:反复自然流产可以影响妇女的正常心理活动,较差的心理状态干扰机体免疫功能,应该对其进行适当的心理干预.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the psychological factors and function of cellular immunity of recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA).Methods:From August 2007 to March 2011,142 RSA cases and 102 normal cases of the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and People's Hospital of Xinjiang autonomous were assessed psychological factors with Self-reporting Inventory (SCL-90) and IFN-Υand IL-4 levels were tested.Results:The total scores,total average scores,depress scores and sensitive interpersonal relationship scores in SCL-90 of RSA patients were significantly higher than those of normal women (P ＜ 0.05).The level of IFN-γwas sig nificantly higher and level of IL-4 was significantly lower than that of control group.Conclusion:RSA can affect the normal psychological factors and abnormal psychological status,can disturb immune function.Psychological intervention is probably useful in alleviating anxiety level and improving immune function of women undergoing RSA.
