摘要

目的 研究泛素结合酶E2C (UbcHl0)在早期子宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义.方法 通过免疫组织化学的方法检测104例子宫颈癌组织、80例子宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组织及30例正常子宫颈组织UbcH10蛋白的表达情况.并对104例子宫颈癌患者进行随访.结果 UbcH10在正常子宫颈上皮细胞、CIN及子宫颈癌组织中表达随着病变进展有增强趋势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001).UbcH10蛋白表达在年龄≤35岁、深间质浸润、宫旁淋巴血管间隙浸润(LVSI)及淋巴转移的肿瘤中表达增强(P<0.05).单因素分析显示UbcH10蛋白表达增强、FIGO分期、深间质浸润、LVSI、淋巴转移与子宫颈癌预后相关(P<0.05).多因素分析显示盆腔淋巴转移、深间质浸润与子宫颈癌预后相关(P<0.05).结论 UbcH10参与子宫颈癌的发生和发展.淋巴转移、深间质浸润是早期子宫颈癌独立的预后因素.

Abstract

Objective To research the expression of ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2C (UbcH10) in early cervical cancer and its clinical significance.Methods The expression levels of UbcH10 in 104 cervical cancer samples,80 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) samples,and 30 normal cervix samples were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the 104 cervical cancer patients were followed up.Results The expression levels of UbcH10 in normal cervical epithelial cells,CIN,and cervical cancer increased with aggravation of the disease,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.001).The expression levels of UbcH10 protein in cervical cancer patients aged 35 years old or more than 35 years old,with deep stromal invasion,parametrial lymph vascular space invasion (LVSI),and lymph node metastasis increased significantly (P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that high expression level of UbcH10 protein,FIGO stage,deep stromal invasion,LVSI,and lymph node metastasis were correlated with prognosis of cervical cancer (P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that pelvic lymph node metastasis and deep stromal invasion were correlated with prognosis of cervical cancer (P<0.05).Conclusion UbcH10 is involved in carcinogenesis and development of cervical cancer.Lymph node metastasis and deep stromal invasion are independent prognostic factors of early cervical cancer.
