金双歧联合思密达治疗幼儿腹泻的疗效观察

摘要
目的 探讨金双歧联合思密达治疗幼儿腹泻的临床疗效,以期为幼儿腹泻的治疗提供理论依据.方法 选取2014-2015年凉山彝族自治州第一人民医院收治的腹泻婴儿80例为研究对象,随机分为金双歧联合思密达治疗组(联合治疗组,40例)和单纯思密达治疗组(单独治疗组,40例).单独治疗组患儿给予思密达治疗,联合治疗组患儿给予金双歧联合思密达治疗.对两组患儿的临床疗效、止泻、退热、腹痛消失、大便常规正常时间及治疗总时间进行统计分析.结果 联合治疗组患儿治疗总有效率显著高于单独治疗组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);联合治疗组患儿止泻、退热、腹痛消失、大便常规正常时间及治疗总时间均显著短于单独治疗组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 金双歧结合思密达治疗幼儿腹泻较单纯思密达更能有效缩短患儿的临床症状改善时间,提升临床疗效.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of golden bifidobacterium combined with Smecta in treatment of infantile diarrhea,provide a theoretical basis for treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods Eighty infantile diarrhea cases were selected from the hospital from 2014 to 2015,then they were randomly divided into golden bifidobacterium combined with Smecta treatment group (combined treatment group,40 patients) and simple Smecta treatment group (single treatment group,40 patients).The infants in single treatment group were only treated with Smecta,while the infants in combined treatment group were given golden bifidobacterium combined with Smecta.The clinical effects,disappearance time of diarrhea,fever,and abdominal pain,recovery time of normal regular defecation and the total treatment time in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate in combined treatment group was statistically significantly higher than that in single treatment group (P＜0.05).The disappearance time of diarrhea,fever,and abdominal pain,recovery time of normal regular defecation and the total treatment time in combined treatment group was statistically significantly shorter than that in single treatment group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Golden bifidobacterium combined with Smecta in treatment of infantile diarrhea can effectively shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms and improve the curative effect compared with Smecta alone.
