摘要
目的 通过回顾美国生命资料统计的发展历程,梳理美国出生证明内容和形式的变化,分析美国出生证明档案管理中存在的问题,以期为进一步完善我国出生证明的管理提供借鉴.方法 回顾相关文献及资料,查询相关美国出生证明管理系统网页,梳理、分析美国出生证明管理相关情况.结果 美国出生证明内容丰富形式统一,管理系统整体完善,但也存在安全性等的问题.结论 应该进一步完善出生证明管理体系,加强监管力度,加大电子出生证明系统建设,进一步提高数据质量,标准化管理及安全性.
Abstract
Objective To review the development of American vital statistics and the changes in the content and form of American birth certificate,analyze the existing problems in management of American birth certificate,provide reference for further improving management of birth certificate in China.Methods The relevant literatures and information were reviewed,web page of relevant American birth certificate management system was inquired,the situation of American birth certificate management system was analyzed.Results American birth certificate has rich content,unity form,and perfect management system,but there are also some problems,such as security.Conclusion Birth certificate management system should be further improved,the supervision and construction of electronic birth certificate system should be strengthened to further improve data quality,standardized management,and security.
