Expression and significance of PANDER,FGF19 and PLGF in gestational diabetes mellitus
Objective To analyze the expression and significance of pancreatic derived factor(PANDER),fibroblast growth factor 19(FGF19)and placental growth factor(PLGF)in gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were selected as the research group, and 80 healthy pregnant women undergoing physi-cal examination in the same period were selected as the control group. The expressions of PANDER,FGF19 and PLGF in the two groups were detected, and the expression and significance of PANDER,FGF19 and PLGF in gestational diabetes mellitus were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of PANDER in the study group were higher, and the levels of FGF19 and PLGF were lower(t=49.640,13.620,44.730,all P<0.05).Compared with patients with good pregnancy, patients with poor pregnancy had higher lev-els of PANDER and lower levels of FGF19 and PLGF(t=12.250,5.892,10.910,all P<0.05).Logistic regression showed that PAN-DER,FGF19 and PLGF were risk factors affecting adverse pregnancy during gestational diabetes.ROC curve showed that the predictive val-ue of the combination of the three items for poor pregnancy of gestational diabetes mellitus was higher than that of PANDER,FGF19 and PL-GF(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of PANDER in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus was higher, and the levels of FGF19 and PLGF were lower.PANDER,FGF19 and PLGF were independent risk factors for poor pregnancy in patients with gestational diabetes melli-tus.The combined detection had a higher predictive value for poor pregnancy.
