目的 通过CiteSpace 6。1。R6知识图谱对围绝经期骨质疏松健康管理的相关文献进行可视化分析,探索该领域近30年(1993-2023年)的发展状况、研究热点及动态前沿。方法 选择国外样本文献的范围为"Web of Science核心集合集"数据库中的高被引论文和热点论文,发表时间为近30年(1993-2023年),应用文献计量学方法和CiteSpace软件对检索到的文献进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入文献275篇,发文量多、影响力高的国家、机构及作者多集中于英美和欧洲。国内发展趋势与国外基本一致,研究的热点和前沿集中于饮食模式、锻炼指导、可穿戴设备、人工智能、生活质量及保健服务等方面。结论 围绝经期骨质疏松的研究受到了国内外学者广泛关注,已形成一定的研究规模,而研究热点与前沿对丰富未来围绝经期骨质疏松健康管理新方式、新思路具有导向价值,我国仍需加强对该方向的研究。
Analysis of hotspots and trends in perimenopausal osteoporosis health management based on CiteSpace visualization
Objective To visualize and analyze the literature related to perimenopausal osteoporosis health management through CiteSpace 6.1.R6 knowledge mapping,and to explore the development status,research hotspots,and dynamic frontiers of this field in the past 30 years(1993 to 2023).Methods The scope of the foreign sample was selected from the highly cited papers and hot papers in the"Web of Science Core Collection"database,which were published in the last 30 years(1993 to 2023),and the retrieved papers were visu-alized and analyzed by bibliometric methods and CiteSpace software.Results A total of 275 papers were included,countries,organizations and authors with a large number of publications and high influence are mostly concentrated in the United Kingdom,the United States and Eu-rope.The domestic development trend is basically the same as that of foreign countries,but there is a big gap between the depth and breadth of research and that of foreign countries,and core authors and high-quality literature have not yet appeared.The hotspots and trends of the study focused on dietary patterns,exercise guidance,wearable devices,artificial intelligence,quality of life,and health care services.Con-clusion Perimenopausal osteoporosis research has received extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad,and a certain research scale has been formed,and the research hotspots and trends have a guiding value for enriching the new ways and ideas of perimenopausal os-teoporosis health management in the future,and it was still necessary for China to strengthen the research in the direction.
