The effect of low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with aspirin on preventing FGR in pregnant women with preeclampsia
Objective The effect of low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with aspirin on preventing FGR in pregnant women with preeclampsia. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 83 pregnant women with preeclampsia develop fetal growth restriction admitted to Department of Obstetrics Women's and Children's Hospital,Xiamen University from January 2022 to January 2023.According to different medication, the patients were divided into study group(low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with aspirin,40 cases)and control group(conventional nutritional support treatment,43 cases). The indexes of coagulation function, fetal growth in utero, fetal hemo-dynamics,perinatal outcome and postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the improvement levels of coagulation function indexes PT、FIB and D-D in the study group were significantly higher after treatment than be-fore treatment(PT 11.56±0.46 s,FIB 3.32±0.26 g/L,D-D 0.74±0.096 ng/ml),the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05),there was no significant difference in TT value(P>0.05).the fetal growth rate in the study group was significantly faster(biparie-tal diameter 5.280±0.969 mm,femur length 4.865±1.048 mm,abdominal circumference 2.783±0.636 cm),the difference was statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of preterm birth(4/40,10.00%),small for gestational age infant(5/40,13.90%),and neonatal asphyxia(0/40,0.00%)in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference be-tween the two groups in postpartum hemorrhage complications(2/40 in the study group,5%;1/43 in the control group,2.3%;P>0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with aspirin can effectively improve blood coagulation and placental circulation in the prevention and treatment of FGR in preeclampsia pregnant women, promote intrauterine growth of fetus, prolong gestational age,and reduce adverse perinatal outcomes without increasing the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage complications.
