Analysis on the application value of acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation exercise apparatus in functional exercise of patients after breast cancer surgery
Objective To analyze the application value of acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation exercise apparatus in func-tional exercise of patients after breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients after breast cancer surgery diagnosed and treated in Jiaxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into control group(45 cases,rehabilitation exercise apparatus)and combined group(55 cases,acupoint massage combined with re-habilitation exercise apparatus).Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,motion range of affected limb,recovery effect of upper limb,score of life quality,excellence rate of functional exercise,and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results Compared with before intervention,SAS and SDS scores decreased after intervention,and the mobility of affected limb,scores of Fugl-Meyer assessment upper extremity scale(FMA-UE),upper extremity motricity index(MI-UE),and life quality improved significantly(all P＜0.05).After intervention,compared with SAS score[(38.76±7.12)points],SDS score[(43.17±6.22)points],el-bow flexion[(28.36±3.05)°],extension[(48.88±12.22)°],flexion[(86.44±20.36)°],abduction[(80.33±17.63)°],FMA-UE score[(42.94±6.33)points],MI-UE score[(67.52±11.22)points],social interaction score[(80.06±12.22)points],affective limi-tation score[(78.93±14.06)points],mental status score[(77.93±ll.96)points],physical function score[(79.93±13.39)points],general health score[(80.02±12.33)points],body pain score[(77.94±16.93)points],role limitation score[(78.19±11.33)points],viability score[(81.06±14.63)points]in control group,SAS score[(31.49±5.33)points],SDS score[(33.19±5.27)points]in combined group decreased significantly,elbow flexion[(31.69±3.44)°],extension[(54.97±13.93)°],flexion[(99.25±23.55)°],abduction[(91.31±18.22)°],FMA-UE score[(51.02±4.34)points],MI-UE score[(73.08±11.55)points],social interaction score[(86.03±13.06)points],affective limitation score[(85.61±15.33)points],mental status score[(84.82±13.96)points],physical function score[(87.06±14.37)points],general health score[(86.34±13.94)points],body pain score[(85.17±14.37)points],role limitation score[(84.19±14.33)points],and viability score[(86.77±12.39)points]in combined group increased significantly(all P＜0.05).Compared with control group,the inci-dence rate of adverse reactions in combined group(16.36％)decreased significantly,the excellence rate of functional exercise(94.54％)increased significantly(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation exercise apparatus can effectively improve functional exercise ability of patients after breast cancer surgery,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reac-tions.
