摘要
在法医物证鉴定中,对单亲隔代祖孙关系的鉴定目前还没有统一的技术规范.本文探讨通过家系重建法鉴定单亲隔代祖孙关系,根据孩子生母是否参与鉴定以及缺席祖父或祖母不同的推测基因型,分别推导祖孙关系指数的计算公式,并对其进行归纳和总结.
Abstract
In forensic physical evidence identification,there is currently no uniform technical specification for the identification of single-parent intergenerational grandchildren.This paper explored the identification of uniparental intergenerational grandchildren by means of a family tree reconstruction method.The formulas for the grandparental relationship index were derived and summarized based on the involvement of the child's biological mother in the identification and the different putative genotypes of the absent grandparents,respectively.
