摘要
检验文书是记载法医学检验过程、依据及结论的重要法律文件,是定案证据和检验官吏工作态度及成效的重要参考.尸体检验图格作为古代法医学检验文书的重要组成部分,是观察古代检验文书演变过程的重要窗口.本文以尸检图格起源、发展与创新为脉络,结合检验文书演变背景,探讨古代尸检文书继承与创新的理据,为我国古代优秀传统法医学文化研究提供借鉴.
Abstract
Examination reports are important legal documents that record the process,basis,and conclusions of forensic examination,and they are vital references for determining the case evidence and the work attitude and effectiveness of examiners.The corpse examination checklist and diagram,as an important component of the ancient forensic examination documents,provides a significant window for observing the evolution of ancient examination documents.Based on the origin,development,and innovation of the corpse examination checklist and diagrams,combined with the background of the evolution of examination documents,this article explored the rationale for the inheritance and innovation of ancient corpse examination documents,in order to provide references for the study of excellent traditional forensic culture in ancient China.
