摘要
本文从性别、年龄、时间、坠落地点、伪装前死因、伪装后死因、杀人动机、案件性质、双方关系、法医鉴别要点等方面对15例伪装高坠杀人案件进行法医学分析,阐释时间矛盾、行为矛盾、特征矛盾等甄别要素在该类案件中的体现与应用,从而构建伪装高坠杀人案件的法医学鉴别思路,旨在为法医同行提供参考借鉴.
Abstract
In this paper,15 cases of murder by faking a fall were analyzed from the aspects of sex,age,time,place of fall,cause of death before faking,cause of death after faking,motive of murder,nature of the case,relationship between the two parties,and key points of forensic identification,to explain the embodiment and application of such discriminating factors as time contradiction,behavior contradiction and characteristic contradiction in this kind of cases,so as to construct the forensic identification thinking of the case of feigning the murder by falling from height,the purpose of this paper is to provide reference for forensic medical practitioners.
