Relationship between Serum Omentin-1,BDNF,sST2 and Left Ventricular Remodeling,MACE in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infaction after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
Objective To explore the relationship between serum omentin-1(Omentin-1),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),soluble growth stimulation expressed gene2(sST2)and left ventricular remodeling,major adverse cardiac events(MACE)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 286 AMI patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 undergoing PCI were selected as the observation group,and 286 AMI patients admitted to our hospital without PCI during the same period were selected as the control group.All were followed up for 6 months.Observation group was divided into MACE group(35 cases)and non-MACE group(251 cases)according to the occurrence of MACE within 6 months after operation.The general data and levels of serum Omentin-1,BDNF and sST2 after PCI in the three groups were compared.The ventricular remodeling indexes[left atrial diameter(LAD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),right ventricular diameter(RVD),interventricular septal thickness(IVST),left ventricular posterior wall thickness at end diastole(LVPWTd),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular mass index(LVMI)]were detected by echocardiography after PCI.The relationship between postoperative serum Omentin-1,BDNF,sST2 and ventricular remodeling was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.The predictive value of serum Omentin-1,BDNF and sST2 for MACE was analyzed by ROC curves.Results The level of serum Omentin-1 in MACE group was lower than that in non-MACE group,while levels of BDNF and sST2 were higher than those in non-MACE group.LAD,LVEDD,RVD,LVPWD,IVST and LVMI in MACE group were higher than those in non-MACE group,while LVEF was lower than that in non-MACE group(all P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that levels of serum BDNF and sST2 were positively correlated with LAD,LVEDD,IVST and LVMI,while negatively correlated with LVEF.The level of serum Omentin-1 was negatively correlated with LAD,LVEDD,IVST and LVMI,while positively correlated with LVEF(all P<0.05).The results of ROC curves analysis showed that serum Omentin-1(AUC=0.747),BDNF(AUC=0.744)and sST2(AUC=0.784)were of predictive values for MACE(all P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum Omentin-1,BDNF and sST2 are closely related to ventricular remodeling in AMI patients,which all have predictive value for the occurrence of MACE after PCI.
