摘要
心肌梗死后心室重塑可引起心力衰竭,心肌纤维化在心肌梗死后心力衰竭的发病机制中起着重要作用,WAP四二硫键核心结构域2(WAP four-disulfide core domain 2,WFDC2)是一种分泌蛋白,在活化的成纤维细胞中表达,可加剧组织纤维化.本综述介绍WFDC2的结构、功能及其在心肌梗死后心室重塑中的可能作用.
Abstract
Ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction can lead to the occurrence of heart failure,which is one of the key factors affecting the quality of life and life expectancy of patients after myocardial infarction.Myocardial fibrosis plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of heart failure after myocardial infarction,and WAP four-disulfide core domain 2(WFDC2),a secreted protein expressed in activated fibroblasts,exacerbates tissue fibrosis.This review focuses on the structure and function of WFDC2,highlighting the possible role of WFDC2 in ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction.
