摘要
神经系统并发症是围手术期最严重的并发症之一,对患者的生活质量及长期预后造成了极大影响.全身麻醉下围手术期低血压的发生是极其常见的,但低血压与各类神经系统并发症相关性尚不清楚.本文通过综述全身麻醉下围手术期低血压与神经系统并发症的关系,以期进一步优化对全身麻醉下围手术期血压的精细化管理,减少术后神经系统并发症的发生.
Abstract
Neurological complications are one of the most serious complications in the perioperative period and have a significant impact on the quality of life and long-term prognosis of patients.Perioperative hypotension is extremely common under general anesthesia,and it is unclear whether hypotension is associated with various neurological complications.This article reviews the relationship between neurological complications and hypotension under general anesthesia with a view to further optimizing the refined management of perioperative blood pressure and reducing the occurrence of postoperative neurological complications.
