Relationship between Peripheral Blood Vaspin,cAMP/cGMP,HSP-70 and Cardiovascular Damage in Elderly Patients with Hypertension
Objective To investigate the relationship between peripheral blood visceral adipose serine protease inhibitor(Vaspin),cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)/cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP),heat shock protein 70(HSP-70)and senile hypertension complicated with cardiovascular damage(CVD).Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with hypertension complicated with CVD(CVD group),110 elderly patients with simple hypertension(hypertension group)and 110 healthy controls(control group)from April 2019 to May 2022 were selected.General information, peripheral blood Vaspin,cAMP/cGMP,HSP-70 were compared,Logistic regression was used to analyze the related factors of hypertension complicated by CVD in the elderly, and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve and area under the curve(AUC)were used to analyze Vaspin,cAMP/cGMP,HSP-70 and combined evaluation value of concurrent CVD,and RR was used to analyze the risk of concurrent CVD in patients with different Vaspin,cAMP/cGMP,HSP-70 expression levels. Results The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the CVD group were higher than those in the hypertension group and the control group, and the disease duration in the CVD group was longer than that in the hypertension group(all P<0.05).HSP-70 comparison:CVD group>hypertension group>control group, the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05);Logistic analysis showed that systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, course of disease, and HSP-70 were independent risk factors for elderly hypertension complicated by CVD,Vaspin,cAMP/cGMP were independent protective factors for elderly hypertension complicated by CVD(all P<0.05);The ROC curve showed that the AUC of Vaspin,cAMP/cGMP,HSP-70 combined to evaluate elderly hypertension complicated with CVD was 0.901;the risk of CVD in patients with high levels of Vaspin,cAMP/cGMP,HSP-70 was 0.262,0.348,3.034 times higher than that in patients with low levels(all P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of Vaspin,cAMP/cGMP and HSP-70 CVD are related to CVD in elderly hypertension patients.Combined detection can be used as a reliable scheme to predict the occurrence of CVD in elderly patients with hypertension.
