Effect of Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets Combined with Magnesium Sulfate on Vascular Endothelial Function and Pregnancy Outcome in Patients with Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy
Objective To investigate the effects of nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with magnesium sulfate on vascular endothelial function and pregnancy outcome in patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP).Methods From March 1,2021 to March 31,2023,152 HDP pregnant women who were admitted to our hospital were included as research objects.According to the method of random number table, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 76 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with magnesium sulfate, while the control group was treated with magnesium sulfate only. The primary endpoint was clinical efficacy.Secondary endpoints included blood pressure levels(systolic and diastolic pressure),serum nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin-1(ET-1)levels,adverse reactions, and pregnancy outcomes. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 85.53%and 69.74%,respectively(P=0.020).After treatment, serum NO level was significantly increased in both groups, while systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, serum ET-1 level and ET-1/NO were significantly decreased(all P<0.05).NO level in observation group was higher than that in control group, while systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, serum ET-1 level and ET-1/NO were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was 7.89%and 6.58%,respectively(P>0.05).The incidence of pregnancy complications was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).In the overall analysis,ET-1 was positively correlated with the systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and NO was negatively correlated with the systolic blood pressure(all P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets can reduce blood pressure in HDP patients, improve vascular endothelial dysfunction, regulate serum ET-1 and NO levels, reduce the incidence of complications and improve curative effect.
