我国医疗服务绩效评价中疾病诊断相关分组应用的文献计量分析

摘要
目的 了解我国疾病诊断相关分组(diagnosis related groups,DRGs)在医疗服务绩效评价中的应用研究现状.方法 对中国知网、万方数据、维普数据库2011-2024年发表的相关文献进行筛选,使用CiteSpace软件对纳入文献开展文献计量研究.结果 共纳入560篇文献,2011年以来,有关DRGs在医疗服务绩效评价中的应用研究逐渐增多,2020年以后略有下降;北京地区已形成了相对集中的网络合作关系,其他地区研究较为分散,部分作者间已形成一定的密切合作关系.结论 医疗服务绩效评价中的DRGs应用研究发展趋势与国家政策导向相吻合,政策的支持推动了相关研究的发展;研究地区呈现"局部集中,整体分散"的局面,国内尚未形成大规模的合作模式.
Abstract
Objective To understand the current research status of the application of Diagnosis Related Groups(DRGs)in the performance evaluation of medical services in China.Methods CNKI database,Wanfang Data Resource System,and VIP database were searched to screen relevant literature published from 2011 to 2024,and CiteSpace software was used to conduct bibliometric research on the included documents.Results A total of 560 documents were included.Since 2011,research on the application of DRGs in medical service performance evaluation has gradually increased,with a slight decline after 2020.A relatively centralized network cooperation relationship has been formed in Beijing,while research in other regions is relatively scattered.Some authors have formed close cooperative relationships.Conclusion The development trend of DRGs application research in medical service performance evaluation is consistent with national policy direction,and policy support promotes the development of related research.The research area presents a situation of"partial concentration and overall decentralization",and a large-scale cooperation model has not yet been formed in China.
