摘要
组建跨学科团队有利于推动重大原创性科研成果的产出,有助于促进研究方法的更新.通过介绍跨学科沙龙活动在推进中青年导师跨学科合作中的应用,为推进创新团队建设,提升中青年导师科研能力提供参考路径.
Abstract
Forming interdisciplinary teams is conducive to promoting the output of significant original research results and helps in advancing the update of research methods.This paper introduces the application of interdisciplinary salon activities in promoting interdisciplinary cooperation among young and middle-aged mentors.It provides a reference path for promoting innovative team building and enhancing the research capabilities of young and middle-aged mentors.
