摘要
美国宾夕法尼亚大学牙学院正畸学专科住院医师培训项目的教学特色是以住院医师为中心的标准化、高强度临床培训,同时注重牙周病学等临床相关领域的多学科交叉.其模式对我国口腔医学正畸研究生教学具有一定借鉴意义,即未来应着重提高临床培训的时间和强度,探索以研究生为中心、导师交叉培养模式,制定标准化教学方案,小班化教学.
Abstract
The teaching features of the orthodontic residency training program at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine are centered around standardized,high-intensity clinical training with residents at the core.Simultaneously,emphasis is placed on interdisciplinary collaboration in clinically relevant areas such as periodontology.This model holds certain reference significance for graduate education in orthodontics in China,suggesting a focus on increasing the time and intensity of clinical training,exploring a student-centered and mentor-crossed training model,formulating standardized teaching plans,and promoting small-group teaching.
