摘要
培养创新型人才是高校的历史责任,但如何培养医学创新型人才是亟须解决的问题.我校以病原生物学实验课程为基础,建立以学科支撑的双创融合的医学实践体系.以实验教学为依托,加强对一线实际医学问题的研究与探索实践,将理论学习、实验与探索实践等环节延伸至医学各学科领域,最终构建新型医学创新人才的培养体系.
Abstract
Cultivating innovative talents is the historical responsibility of colleges and universities,and promoting the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and medical education is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the experimental course of pathogenic biology,a medical practice system with the support of innovation and entrepreneurship education and integration has been established.Based on experimental teaching,we strengthened the research and practice of the actual medical problems,extend the innovative and practical links such as learning,experiment and exploration to all medical disciplines,and finally build a training system for new medical innovative talents.
