Exploration and Practice of the Master Teacher Responsibility System in the Reform of Infection Disease Teaching for Eight-Year Medical Students
Objective:To explore and evaluate the effects of the master teacher responsibility system in the reform of infection disease teaching for eight-year medical students.Methods:Implemented in the clinical teaching and early internships of infection disease for the 2008-2011 cohort of eight-year clinical medicine students.Results:The experimental group showed improvements in learning interest and overall learning capabilities.Conclusion:The master teacher responsibility system can enhance students'learning enthusiasm,improve their mastery of medical knowledge,and is worth promoting in future teaching processes.
