摘要
刻意练习能够有效地实现学习目标,并提供基于循证的知识和技能获取技术,是当前医学教育的研究热点之一.本文从基于刻意练习理念模拟医学教育策略的原理、方法及应用情况进行初步探讨,以期为我国医学院校实施教育改革、提高教学质量提供借鉴与参考.
Abstract
Deliberate practice is an effective way to achieve learning goals and provides evidence-based techniques for acquiring knowledge and skills,making it one of the current hotspots in medical education research.This article explores the principles,methods,and application of simulation medical education strategies based on the concept of deliberate practice,aiming to provide insights and references for educational reforms and the improvement of teaching quality in Chinese medical colleges.
