摘要
科研创新能力对临床医生职业发展至关重要,研究生阶段是科研创新能力培养的主要阶段,但本科阶段科研训练可能对研究生科研能力发展起重要的基础作用.本研究通过调查问卷的形式,就其本科期间科研训练的情况以及对研究生阶段科研学习的影响进行调查和分析,发现本科期间的科研训练对研究生阶段的科研发展有一定的促进作用.
Abstract
The research and innovation abilityis crucial for the career development of clinical physicians.The graduate stage is the main stage for cultivating research and innovation ability,but research training at the undergraduate stage may play a crucial foundational role in the development of research ability in graduate students.Through a questionnaire survey,this study investigated and analyzed the situation of research training during undergraduate studies and its impact on research learning at the graduate stage.The study found that research training during the undergraduate stage has a certain promoting effect on the research development of graduate students.
