Analysis of Vocational Identity and Influencing Factors of Undergraduate Nursing Graduates
Objective:To assess the vocational identity and influencing factors of undergraduate nursing graduates under the normalization of the COVID-19 pandemic.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 384 graduating nursing students from four universities in Zhejiang Province using a cluster sampling method.Single-factor analysis and multiple linear regression were used to analyze vocational identity and influencing factors.Results:The vocational identity score of undergraduate nursing graduates was(85.04±16.95)points.Expected salary,preferred employment unit nature,belief that the pandemic enhanced a sense of mission,and belief that the nursing industry's status increased after the pandemic were influencing factors for the vocational identity of graduating nursing students.Conclusion:Given the long-term impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on nursing work,it is recommended to appropriately increase the employment salary for nursing graduates and provide positive career guidance and employment guidance.
