Research on the Relationship Between Time Management Tendency and Autonomous Learning Ability of Undergraduate Nursing Students Based on Stratified Regression
Objective:To understand the current status and relationship between time management tendency and autonomous learning ability of undergraduate nursing students and provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of educational programs. Methods:A total of 411 undergraduate nursing students from a medical college were selected as the research subjects. An online survey was conducted using a general information questionnaire,a time management tendency scale, and an autonomous learning ability scale. Results:The total score of time management tendency for undergraduate nursing students was(157.11±16.99)points,and the total score of autonomous learning ability was(89.26±9.21)points.Stratified regression analysis showed that the time management tendency could explain 28.1%of the variation in the autonomous learning ability of nursing students(ΔF=80.582,P<0.001).Conclusion:The time management tendency and autonomous learning ability of undergraduate nursing students are at a moderate level.Nursing educators can focus on improving nursing students'time monitoring perception and enhancing teacher-student communication frequency to improve their autonomous learning ability.
