Application of Online Video Examiner Training in the Objective Structured Clinical Examination for Internal Medicine Residents
Objective:To improve examining ability,online video training was conducted for examiners in the objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)for internal medicine residents,and the effectiveness was evaluated.Methods:Lectures were recorded byHuayi Medical Network,and examiners attended the training by watching the videos and completing a questionnaire.One hundred and thirty examiners participated in the online video training,and 123 valid questionnaires were collected.Results:Less than 1%of examiners still could not correctly understand the content,form,and examination methods;nearly 50%reached a very familiar level.84.6%of examiners met the assessment standards,and 82.9%were knowledgeable about standardized patients.95.1%were satisfied with the training time,and over 90%were satisfied with the content,form,and effectiveness.Conclusion:Online video training can enhance the examining ability of examiners.
