摘要
文章对在实验诊断学教学中试行以形成性评价为主的全过程评价体系进行探索,分析了新的评价体系对学生学习效果、学习压力程度、学习兴趣培养、临床思维能力、团队协作能力、学业评价模式满意度的影响.以期为提高临床医学人才培养质量提供实践经验和新思路.
Abstract
This article explores the implementation of a whole process evaluation system,primarily focused on formative assessment,in the teaching of laboratory diagnostics.The study analyzes the impact of the new evaluation system on students'learning outcomes,the level of study pressure,cultivation of learning interests,clinical thinking abilities,teamwork skills,and satisfaction with the academic assessment model.The aim is to provide practical experience and new perspectives to enhance the quality of clinical medical talent training.
