Research on the Impact Mechanism of the Implementation Effectiveness of the Undergraduate Academic Advisor System in Medical Colleges Based on NVivo 11.0
Objective:This study,based on Grounded Theory,explores the impact mechanism of the implementation effectiveness of the undergraduate academic advisor system in medical colleges.Methods:Qualitative analysis was conducted on interview data from 101 undergraduate medical students.Using three-level coding,a model of the"Impact Mechanism of the Implementation Effectiveness of the Undergraduate Academic Advisor System in Medical Colleges"was established.The theoretical saturation of in-depth interviews with undergraduate academic advisors was tested.Results:Five main categories influencing the implementation effectiveness of the undergraduate academic advisor system were identified:student needs,student engagement,advisor engagement,interactive scenarios,and interaction barriers.Based on its internal logic,the"academic tutorial system of medical college undergraduates"was established Implementation effect influence mechanism model.Conclusion:To ensure the implementation effect of the tutorial system for medical undergraduates,we should pay attention to psychological counseling,refining system design,and enriching interactive scenarios.
